Rosario’s is pleased to offer several Gluten Free options on our menu. We offer a 10 inch gluten free pizza crust that can be prepared with any ingredients that we offer. We also offer Fresh Cut Penne Pasta, 4 Cheese Ravioli, and Potato Gnocchi which can be served with any of our signature sauces.
While the Gluten Free Crust and Gluten Free Pastas are appropriate for those with mild gluten sensitivity, Rosario’s does not recommend it for those with celiac disease. The Gluten Free Crust is certified to be free of gluten but the pizza will be cooked in the same oven where we cook all of our pizzas. For the pastas, separate water and utensils are used but the whole process is not perfect and we do not have a separate area in our kitchens that are guaranteed free from gluten.
Rosario’s entered into the Hoffman Estates Jaycees and Schaumburg Jaycees Best Pizza Contest with 11 other participants and won for best speciality pizza with our Biagio’s Favorite (Sausage, Mushroom, Onion, Bacon & Garlic). We were happy to be a part of the contest and congratulations go out to all of the winners. Also thanks to the Jaycees for putting this event together and all of the volunteers that helped out.
