FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
1. What are your hours of operation?
Sunday
4PM – 10PM
Tuesday-Thursday
4PM-10:30PM
Friday & Saturday
4PM – 11:30 PM
2. How many different crusts do you offer?
We offer six different pizza crusts. Extra-Thin, Regular Thin, Double-Dough, Sicilian Pan (A double-triple thick crust with hand rolled edges), Chicago Stuffed Pizza [(little thicker than our original stuffed pizza) inner layer has all of the ingredients, top layer only has sauce] , Rosario’s Original Stuffed Pizza (inner layer has all of the ingredients, top layer has sauce and cheese).
3. How many pizza sauces do you offer?
We offer three different pizza sauces.
White Pizza Sauce is not a cream sauce but rather it is a clear, lighter sauce with a hint of garlic. This sauce goes well with vegetarian items. If you want to try one of our best pizzas, I recommend an Italian Vegitarian (Mushroom, Onion, Artichoke, Garlic, and Tomato) with white pizza sauce.
Our Barbecue Sauce is the same we use on our popular chicken and ribs. If you want to try a barbecue sauce pizza, I suggest one of two different variations on the Hawaian Pizza, Pineapple with either Canadien Bacon or Regular Bacon.
Our Traditional Sauce is the same recipe we’ve been making fresh daily since 1976. This sauce goes well with any pizza. I recommend a Biagio’s Favorite (Sausage, Bacon, Mushroom, Onion, and Garlic).
4. Do you have a seating area?
Although we have a few chairs for waiting customers, we operate on a carry-out and delivery basis only.
5. Do you really make your own pizza dough and sauce?
We make our sauce and dough fresh daily. We only use premium items for our recipes. Here’s a picture of my brother Chris showing how we knead the dough.
6. What brand name beef, ribs, and sausage do you offer?
Our own brand actually. Unlike our competitors, we make our own beef, sausage, meatballs, ribs, etc. Ever wondered why our competitors sandwiches taste the same as everyone else? That’s because many of our competitors purchase pre-cooked beef and sausage. We offer all of our meat products for purchase individually as well. Here’s a picture of my dad making some fresh sausage for a catering. Below is an image of us cleaning and preparing green peppers.
7. How long does it take to complete an order?
We take the call, put the ticket on the line, and make the pizzas in the order they are received. After pizzas are finished they are placed under pizza warmers or in our hot box to ensure freshness. Typically pickups are within 30 minutes and deliveries are within an hour. Stuffed Pizzas will take much longer because they need to be cooked twice.
8. Can you deliver catering orders?
We offer caterings either for pick-up or delivery (which includes set up) . The cost of delivery and set up varies with the size of the catering. Delivery service may be limited at busier times of the year (such as graduation time) so please reserve your catering at least two weeks in advance to ensure a convenient time slot.
9. Are there coupons available?
There are no coupons on the website but you can find our coupons in Clipper Magazine from time to time.
10. What forms of payment do you accept?
We prefer cash but we also accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and personal checks.
11. Where do you deliver?
We deliver to most parts of Roselle and Schaumburg. We have a limited delivery area in Elk Grove Village, Itasca, Medinah, and Hoffman Estates.
12. How can I add or remove a link on your community link page?
Very simple just give us an e-mail at biagio@mac.com. We will try our best to accomodate your request as soon as we view it.
13. Who can I talk to if I have a question, comment, concern, suggestion, or even a good joke?
If it is related to the web site (or if you have a good joke) drop me an e-mail at biagio@mac.com. If it is anything else, please call the pizza place at (630) 893-5058 and ask to speak to Biagio, Chris, or Francesca.

2. How many people does the ___ size pizza feed?
This is by far the most common question we encounter. The real problem in responding is that there is no one answer. It is as common to see a teenager eat a large 16 inch pizza by themselves as it is to see it feeding a family with two adults and two children. That being said, here are some loose recommendations.
10″ Baby – 1 Adult or Child
12″ Small – 1 Adult or 2 Children
14″ Medium -2 Adults or 1 Adult and 2 Children
16″ Large – 3-4 Adults, 2-3 Hungry Teens, or 2 Adults and 2-3 Children
18″ Family -5-6 Adults, 4-5 Hungry Teens or 2 Adults and 3-4 Children
20″ Party – 6-7 Adults, 5-6 Hungry Teens or 4 Adults and 2-3 Children
